Back to school season is an exciting time, a clean slate with opportunities to learn, new friendships, and endless possibilities for personal and academic growth. For some students however, going to school can be stressful and something many may wish to skip altogether due to bullying and conflict among peers. Providing students with the communication tools to manage conflicts that may arise during the school year is crucial and can help reduce conflict at school before extreme measures need to be taken by administrators. While these tips are great for students, they can also be a resource to parents as well when interacting with teachers and other administrators.
