Carlsbad, Calif. – July 3, 2012 – Elevator, a Carlsbad-based creative agency, was named a winner of two awards, including Marketer of the Year, at the June 27, 2012 AMY Awards celebration hosted by the San Diego Chapter of the American Marketing Association.
Elevator won the esteemed Marketer of the Year (Critics Choice) Award for its work with Lantronix for the “I Can Print” video campaign. The campaign featured a viral launch video in support of the company’s iOS print enabling device, the xPrintServerTM – Network Edition, which was promoted online, on the website, at events, embedded in releases, and more. As a result of producing and distributing the video, Lantronix recognized more than 400 percent return on investment on their marketing investment within just three months of launching the xPrintServer. At the end of six months, the product achieved an overall return of more than 200 percent, recouping costs of all engineering, research and development and other integral product investments. “Elevator is honored to be recognized for the work we have done with Lantronix,’” says Frank Cowell, president, Elevator. “When you work with a company that truly wants to be different in the market place and is open to new ideas, it makes our job so much easier and fun.”
The Lantronix “I Can Print” campaign has also been recognized this year with the following:
